Common questions

How do I set an image as my wallpaper?

iOS doesn't let apps set wallpapers themselves, so Fractacular saves the image to Photos. Open the Photos app, find the new image, tap Share, then Use as Wallpaper, and tap Add. The same steps are in the app under ☰ → How to Set a Wallpaper.

Saving doesn't work.

Fractacular needs permission to add images to Photos. Go to Settings → Apps → Fractacular → Photos and choose Add Photos Only.

What's the difference between the Save options?

Save Image saves the picture as it is. Save for Lock Screen keeps the top calm so the clock is easy to read. Save Lock & Home Screen saves a matching pair, one for each screen.

Where are my favourites?

Tap the heart to keep an image, then open them any time from ☰ → My Favourites. Favourites are stored only on your iPhone, so deleting the app removes them.

The buttons have disappeared.

A single tap on the image hides the buttons so you can see the whole picture. Tap again to bring them back.
